Description
Swizz Digital is seeking a reliable, hands-on Print Production Associate to assist with the production of custom print, signage, apparel, and personalized products.
This is a practical, hands-on role that involves supporting different areas of production and helping the team keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist with printing, cutting, pressing, finishing, and assembling customer orders.
- Clean production equipment, work surfaces, floors and the general production area as part of daily duties.
- Learn to operate production equipment and tools after training.
- Check jobs for quality, accuracy and proper finishing.
- Prepare, package and organize completed customer orders.
- Assist with signage, vinyl application and installations when required.
- Receive, move and organize materials, supplies and stock.
- Keep equipment and production areas clean, organized and safe.
- Help ensure assigned jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Support teammates and assist with other production or operational duties when needed.
Requirements
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision. Comfortable performing hands-on and physically demanding work. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willing to learn printing equipment, tools and production processes. Able to work well as part of a team and assist in different areas when needed. Basic ability to read measurements and use simple hand tools. Previous experience in printing, signage, production, fabrication, installation or similar hands-on work is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
